A 1986 graduate of Fort Hays State University in western Kansas, I earned two Bachelor of Science degrees. The first is in Math education and the second is in Industrial Arts education. I wanted to teach both areas so I moved to Bowling Green State University to complete my Masters in Technology Education. Upon graduation, I have been teaching at WMLSD. The first 26 years I taught Technology at WMMS. Needing a change and a challenge, I moved to WMHS and have been teaching CP Geometry the last two years.
I am married and have four children. We live on a farm in the district and my three daughters, Katie('11), Anna('13) & Sarah('15), are all graduates of WM. My son, Paul, is a senior this year! A good deal of my time is wrapped around my children and our farm. I enjoy cooking, BBQing, gardening, traveling, and reading (when I cannot travel!). My latest pleasure: growing our two newest additions to the farm, Sergeant (chocolate lab) and Pepper (black lab/ German Shephard mix).
